Privacy Policy

This site is operated by Marcelo Cajueiro (Cajueiro.tech), based in Santa Catarina, Brazil. This page explains what data the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. It follows the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018).
What this site collects
Cajueiro.tech is a static site. There is no login, no user account, and no database storing personal information. Two things collect data:
- Google Analytics 4 — anonymous usage statistics (pages viewed, approximate location by city, device type, referral source), only after you accept cookies.
- Email you send me — if you write to contato@cajueiro.tech, I keep the message and your address to reply. Nothing else is done with it.
Cookies
Before you make a choice in the cookie banner, analytics runs in a restricted mode
(Google Consent Mode v2 with analytics_storage: denied): a page view is
counted with no cookie and no identifier stored on your device. If you accept,
Google Analytics sets its own cookies to recognise returning visits. If you decline,
nothing changes — the restricted mode stays on.

Changing your mind
To revoke or change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser (Settings → Privacy → Site data). The banner will appear again on your next visit. You can also block cookies entirely in your browser — the site works fine without them.
Who else sees the data
Analytics data is processed by Google LLC and may be stored on servers outside Brazil. See the Google Privacy Policy. I do not sell data, and I do not share it with anyone else.
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps standard server logs (including IP address) for security and abuse prevention. Fonts and icons load from Google Fonts and jsDelivr, which receive your IP as part of serving those files.
Your rights under the LGPD
You may ask to confirm whether I process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent. Since the site stores no personal record beyond emails you voluntarily send, most requests resolve as "there is nothing stored about you."

Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. There is no mailing list, so significant changes are simply published here.
