I'm Marcelo. 15 years of Ruby on Rails, and lately weaving AI into real systems, in production.
I technically lead the Rails team at a govtech and, of my own accord, I go after the hardest problems — what stalls the team, what breaks in silence, the bottleneck no one had noticed yet. Fifteen years builds a repertoire: chances are I've seen something like it before.
